BUILDING ZONING FORMS
Required for any building or demolition project within the township
including: Single homes, trailers, decks, swimming pools, silo's, gazebo's etc.
Required for any project that falls under the State IRC (International Residential Code).
The intent of this form is to acknowledge that the building site
has been inspected by the Little Britain Township Zoning
Officer/BCO and found to match all placement and set back
information stated by the property owner/applicant on the
Permit Application paperwork, remind applicant an occupancy inspection/permit is required, as well as, emphasize we are an agricultural community and the nuisances they will experience.
Required for any project that falls under the State IBC (International Building Code).
To be completed for any project eligible for an exemption from the Little Britain Township Stormwater Management Ordinance.
This small project workbook can be used for self-planning a stormwater feature for eligible projects. Eligibility is determined by the size and use of your property, as well as the cumulative total of impervious surface placed since the adoption of our Stormwater Ordinance on May 13, 2014.
A written request to appear before the Zoning Board in order
to request a special exception, variance or to appeal a
decision rendered by the township Zoning Officer/BCO.
A written request for a conditional use hearing held by the Board of Supervisors to decide requests for conditional uses, which are granted or denied based on express standards and criteria outlined in the zoning ordinance.
