The Zoning Officer is appointed by the Board of Supervisors. The Zoning Officer
issues building permits and ensures that all construction adheres to the
township's zoning ordinance.

ZONING PERMIT APPLICATION	Required for any building project within the township including: Single homes, trailers, decks, swimming pools, silo's, gazebo's etc. Permit fees do apply
BUILDING PERMIT/USE CERTIFICATE	Required for any project that falls under the State UCC.
ZONING HEARING APPLICATION	A written request to appear before the Zoning Board in order to request a special exception, variance or to appeal a decision rendered by the township zoning officer.
ZONING SITE INSPECTION FORM	The intent of this form is to acknowledge that the building site has been inspected by the Little Britain Township Zoning Officer and found to match all placement and set back information stated by the property owner/applicant on the Building Permit Application form.
CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION	A use which is not appropriate to a particular district as a whole, but which may be suitable in certain localities within the district only when specific conditions & factors prescribed for such causes within the ordinance is present. Conditional uses are allowed or denied by the Municipal Governing Body upon recommendations of the Planning Agency after proper hearing by said Agency/
